3. To strategic development department (Ermekbayev K. K.) submit for approval new edition of the Regulations on board of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2008 No. 222 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. These Regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Regulations) establish general rules of activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further the Ministry) in the course of accomplishment of the functions assigned to it according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health care system", the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1117 (further - Regulations on the Ministry) and other regulatory legal acts.
2. Job requirements with documents, the terms established by these Regulations extend to all employees of the Ministry, its departments and territorial authorities.
3. The organization and maintaining confidential clerical work is performed according to the Instruction for providing the mode of privacy in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The schedule of work of the Ministry is established by the responsible secretary according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service" and the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. The solution of personnel problems is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The Ministry performs the activities according to quarterly, annual and long-term plans of work.
7. The responsible secretary provides development and submits for approval to the Minister the annual work plan of the Ministry and the annual report on results of its activities.
8. The work plan of the Ministry is created by Strategic development department (further - DSR) according to offers of structural divisions, departments in 15 days prior to the beginning of the next period and affirm the Minister in 5 calendar days prior to the beginning of the next period.
9. Work plans shall be purposeful and specific, with complete definition of actions.
10. The approved Work plans of the Ministry and board of the Ministry go for acquaintance and execution to the responsible secretary, vice-ministers, heads of structural divisions and departments.
11. Actions of the work plan can be adjusted within year, proceeding from political and social and economic country situation.
12. The decision on action exception of Work plans of the Ministry, other plans or transfer of their execution for other term is accepted by the Minister (or person fulfilling its duties) based on the service record provided by the head (or person fulfilling its duties) structural division, department and approved with the supervising vice-minister.
13. Responsibility for timely and high-quality accomplishment of planned actions is born by division managers.
14. The course of accomplishment of the work plan is reported by heads of structural divisions and departments at hardware meetings.
15. Control of timely accomplishment of the Work plan of the Ministry is exercised by the responsible secretary on submission of information of DSR.
16. The work plan of board of the Ministry the forthcoming year is created by DSR according to offers of structural divisions, departments which is considered at meeting of board and affirms the resolution.
