2. Permit the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to have two vice-ministers.

3. Form Committee on control of quality of medical services with transfer of function of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to it on control of observance of standards in the field of health care.

4. Reorganize Committee of pharmacy, pharmaceutical and medical industry of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of functions of the reorganized Committee to it, except for regulations of the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

5. Reorganize territorial subdivisions of Committee of pharmacy, the pharmaceutical and medical industry of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to territorial subdivisions of Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

6. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) till December 1, 2004 to develop and introduce the draft of regulations on Committee on control of quality of medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide state registration of departments in judicial authorities;
