About approval of the "Data on Auditor Activities" form and Rules on its filling
Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About auditor activities", according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 4, 2007 NPP-615 "About Further Enhancement of Activities of Auditing Organizations and Increase in Their Responsibility for Quality of the Rendered Services" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 15, 155) and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 23, 1992 N 553, I order to the Art.:
1. Approve:
the "Data on Auditor Activities" form according to the appendix N1;
Rules on filling of the "Data on Auditor Activities" form - according to the appendix N2.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
