According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About auditor activities", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 16, 2012 I order to No. UP-4453 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing the Statistical, Tax, Financial Reporting, the Licensed Types of Activity and Allowing Procedures":
1. Approve:
form of the Data on auditor activities according to appendix 1;
Rules of filling of form of the Data on auditor activities according to appendix 2.
2. Recognize invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 30, 2007 as No. 98 "About approval of the "Data on Auditor Activities" form and Rules on its filling" (рег. No. 1744 of November 29, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 48-49, 493).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
