About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Master plan of the city of Bishkek till 2050" of April 25, 2026 No. 283
For the purpose of ensuring steady town-planning development of the city Bishkek, rational use of land resources, according to Article 18 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 37 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Master plan of the city of Bishkek till 2050" of April 25, 2026 No. 283 the following changes:
- to state appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
- in item 4 of the word "in six-months time" shall be replaced with words "till September 1, 2027".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
