Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2025 "About price regulation (rates)" the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 69
1. Determine that on the goods specified in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of October 7, 2026 No. 85 "About standard rates of profitability and allowances" increase in the current year in selling prices (prices) of goods (on each goods item) more than 15 percent a year in comparison with selling prices (prices) established (created) in December of prior year (in the absence of goods for this date - for date of the first establishment (forming) of selling price (price) in the current year) without selling prices (prices) reduced within holding the actions directed to promotion of goods and involvement of buyers, and also the prices of illiquid remaining balance of goods is not allowed.
Comparison of selling prices (prices) of goods is performed proceeding from purpose of their use, without the cost accounting on their delivery to the consumer.
Provisions of part one of this Item are not applied in case the subject performing wholesale trade acquired goods at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company, and also at the producers specified in paragraph six of part one of Item 7 of this resolution.
