About the invitation of the foreign citizen or stateless person
Based on part two of Item 5 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and paragraph two of subitem 25.8 of Item 25 of the Visa rules of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 1065, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the application form about issue of the document on the invitation of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship to the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for execution of the document on the invitation of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship to the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2011 No. 213 "About establishment of the application form about issue of the document on the invitation of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship to the Republic of Belarus";
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2018 No. 71 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus";
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2020 No. 193 "About procedure for execution of the document on the invitation of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship to the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
