About approval of the Procedure for conducting inspection of the gambling equipment
According to Item 6 parts one of Article 7, parts two of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings", subitems 2, 9-10 Items 4, Items 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 2019 No. 856,
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting inspection of the gambling equipment which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of December 19, 2022 No. 453 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting inspection of the gambling equipment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 03, 2023 at No. 233/39289.
3. Determine that the certificates on inspection of the gambling equipment granted before entry into force of this order are valid before the termination of term of their action.
4. To provide to the director of management of digital economy Dobronravov A. V. in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Denikeeva N. R.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
