Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service "Issue of Permission to Attraction and Use of Foreign Workers, Issue of the Duplicate, Modification of the Data Containing in Permission to Attraction and Use of Foreign Workers and also Issue, Prolongation of Effective Period to Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons of the Work Permit, Issue of the Duplicate, Cancellation of the Work Permit, Modification of the Data Containing in the Work Permit".

2. Recognize to invalid:

I. General provisions

1. These Administrative regulations establish procedure and the standard of provision of the state service "Issue of Permission to Attraction and Use of Foreign Workers, Issue of the Duplicate, Modification of the Data Containing in Permission to Attraction and Use of Foreign Workers and also Issue, Prolongation of Effective Period to Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons of the Work Permit, Issue of the Duplicate, Cancellation of the Work Permit, Modification of the Data Containing in the Work Permit".

2. The service (the list of symbols and reducings is given in appendix to these Administrative regulations) is provided to physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities.

3. The service is provided to the applicant according to categories (signs) of applicants, data on which are placed in the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" <1> and on the Single portal <2>.

a) issue of permission to attraction and use of foreign workers (on paper);

b) issue of the work permit to foreign citizens (on paper);

c) prolongation of effective period of the work permit, with issue of the new form of the work permit (on paper);

d) modification of the data containing in permission to attraction and use of foreign workers with issue of the new form of permission to attraction and use of foreign workers (on paper);

e) modification of the data containing in the work permit with issue of the new form of the work permit (on paper);

e) issue of the duplicate of permission to attraction and use of foreign workers (on paper);

g) issue of the duplicate of the work permit (on paper);

h) cancellation of the work permit;

i) correction of the made typographical errors and (or) mistakes in the issued permission to attraction and use of foreign workers, with issue of the new form of permission to attraction and use of foreign workers (on paper);

j) correction of the made typographical errors and (or) mistakes in the issued work permit, with issue of the new form of the work permit (on paper).

7. Forming of the register entry as result of provision of Service is not provided.

8. Results of provision of Service can be received in the document form on paper in the Center for questions of migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and divisions concerning migration.

9. Irrespective of category (signs) of the applicant the maximum term of provision of Service constitutes 79 calendar days from the date of the registration of request and documents necessary for Service provision including provided concerning migration by means of use of the Single portal.

The amount of the payment levied from the applicant by Service provision and methods of its collection

10. For provision of Service the state fee in the sizes established by subitems 23 - 24.2 Items 1 of article 333.28 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation is collected.

11. Information on the amount of the state tax for provision of Service in compliance and the legislation of the Russian Federation is placed on the Single portal.

12. The state fee is paid behind provision of Service by means of bank transfer in bank account details.

13. In case of the request for issue of permissions to attraction and use of foreign workers, work permits (their duplicates) the state fee is paid before issue of the specified documents (their duplicates) <1>.
