Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of October 5, 2020 No. 695 "About approval of Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in registration and patent grant for implementation by foreign citizens and stateless persons of labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation" <1>.

I. General provisions

1. These Administrative regulations establish procedure and the standard of provision of the state service "Registration, Issue, Renewal to Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons of the Patent, and also Issue of the Duplicate, Cancellation of the Patent, Modification of the Data Containing in the Patent".

2. The service (the list of symbols and reducings is given in appendix to these Administrative regulations) is provided to the foreign citizens who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa, and reached age of eighteen years <1>.
