About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delimitation of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" of November 7, 2025 No. 305
According to article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status", being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delimitation of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" of November 7, 2025 No. 305 the following changes:
To add 1) in Item 1 after the words "with particular legal regime and the status" with the words "according to the schematic card according to appendix 1";
2) in Item 2:
- in subitem 1 of the word "according to appendix 1" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 2";
- in subitem 2 of the word "according to appendix 2" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 3";
Appendices 1, 2 to the above-named Decree to state 3) in edition according to appendices 1, 2 to this Decree;
To add 4) with appendix 3 according to appendix 3 to this Decree.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
