About delimitation of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status

According to article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status", Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Determine borders of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status.

2. Approve:

1) the description of borders of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status according to appendix 1;

2) explication of lands of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status according to appendix 2.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Appendix 1

The description of borders of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status

Site No. 1

The description of borders is made according to tool shooting of points of angles of rotation in the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy".

From point No. 7 the border turns on the southwest the direct sukhodolny line in distance 516 m to No. point 8, which is located in the southeast from crossing of the field road with bed of the anonymous river at distance of 207 m, from here the border goes east in distance of 278 m to No. point 9, which is located on border of two ayylny aimags, to the northeast of crossing of the field road with bed of the anonymous river at distance of 324 m.
