This Law establishes the legal basis of activities of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status, determines procedure for its creation, establishment and change of borders, and also functioning.
1. The special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status (further - SFIT "Tamchy") - part of the territory of the Issyk kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic with the borders determined by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Cabinet of Ministers) shall determine requirements:
1) to arrangement of SFIT "Tamchy";
2) to providing the SFIT "Tamchy" check mode;
3) to particular customs regime.
The legal basis of activities of SFIT "Tamchy" is constituted by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and the international agreements which became effective in the procedure established by the legislation which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) the act SFIT "Tamchy" - the regulatory legal act adopted by the SFIT "Tamchy" managing company which governs the relations between subjects, bodies and workers in the territory of SFIT "Tamchy";
