2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 19, 2016 No. 689;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 19, 2016 No. 689" of September 3, 2019 No. 449;
