About questions of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- The list of foreign states with indication of terms of release of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic from registration in the place of stay in authorized state bodies, and also in hotels (further - the List) according to appendix 1;

- Order of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Procedure) according to appendix 2.

2. The citizens of foreign states and stateless persons which are not included in the List shall perform the procedure of registration within five working days from the moment of crossing of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Procedure established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The registration terms established by this Resolution are applied to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who skirted registration deadlines to the introduction of this resolution in force.
