1. Approve Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of the residence permit in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 19, 2016 No. 689 the following changes:

according to the procedure of registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. 1) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2008 No. 626;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 13, 2008 No. 626 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 12, 2010 No. 93;

3) Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 9, 2011 No. 34;

4) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2008 No. 626" of July 15, 2015 No. 494;

5) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of documentation of citizens national passports of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 2, 2021 No. 161;

6) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2008 No. 626" of November 16, 2022 No. 627.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after thirty days from the date of official publication, except for regulations of the subitem 9 of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the registration and issue of residence permits in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by Item 1 of this resolution, regarding accounting of notarially certified petitions issued by legal representatives of the minors for their departure from the Kyrgyz Republic arriving from Single electronic base of notarial documents of the Kyrgyz Republic which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
