Some questions of activities of territorial authorities of the Ministry of cases of veterans and divisions regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations concerning veteran policy
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of cases of veterans on liquidation of its territorial authorities as structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of the list according to appendix.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 606 "About approval of referral lists of structural divisions regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 50, Art. 1984; 2021, No. 4, the Art. 225) and of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2020, No. 24, the Art. 922) changes which are applied.
3. In two-month time to provide to the ministry of cases of veterans approval of methodical recommendations about development of regulations on structural divisions of local public administrations concerning veteran policy with obligatory accounting in them of the powers necessary for realization of state policy in the field of social protection of veterans of war, persons having special merits before the Homeland, injured participants of Revolution of Advantage, members of families of such persons and members of families the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine and also on providing the rights and freedoms of specified persons during transition from military service to civil life.
