I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2023 No. 134 "About approval of Rules of forming of the special commission and Regulations on the special commission" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33068) the following changes:

2) the register of subjects of social entrepreneurship (further – the register) – the digital database containing the information about the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who are subjects of social entrepreneurship namely:

name of the individual entrepreneur or name and registration date of the legal entity;

identification number;

legal address (location);

date of entering into the register of subjects of social entrepreneurship;

category of the subject of social entrepreneurship.

3. For the purpose of forming of the commission annually till December 1 by the local executive body of the capital, area and city of republican value sends inquiry to state bodies, National chamber of entrepreneurs, public associations and labor unions in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit for provision of the candidate for consideration of questions of inclusion of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (except for subjects of big business) in the register.";

"5. The structure of the commission on consideration of questions of inclusion of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (except for subjects of big business) in the register affirms the decision of the akim of the relevant local executive body of the capital, area and city of republican value no later than December 31.";

"1. This Regulations on the special commission (further – the Provision) are developed according to the subitem 42) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011, and determine the status and powers of the special commission (further – the commission) created under local executive bodies of the capital, areas and cities of republican value.";
