About recognition voided some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning marking of foodstuff and forages
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
2. Determine that foodstuff and stern which information on marking is specified according to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2022 to No. 186 "Some questions of marking of foodstuff in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1271) and of March 9, 2022 No. 234 "About measures for providing in the conditions of warlike situation of uninterrupted supply of the imported foodstuff and forages" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1316), can be in circulation on customs area of Ukraine:
foodstuff - before the expiration of the minimum expiration date or deadline of consumption ("use dates to");
stern - before the expiration of the minimum storage duration.
3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2026.
