Some questions of marking of foodstuff in the conditions of warlike situation
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", Item 3 parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About defensive purchases", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Determine that owing to forced changes of compounding which are connected with absence or insufficiency of the corresponding raw materials, for action of warlike situation:
obligatory information on foodstuff which is specified on its marking according to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About information for consumers concerning foodstuff" (except information which is specified according to Items 1, 5 and 6 parts one of article 6 of the specified law), can differ from the actual parametrical values of this product;
obligatory information on marking of foodstuff which is specified according to Item 3 parts one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About information for consumers concerning foodstuff" can differ from the actual structure of this product. At the same time the consumer needs to inform by any possible method on availability of substances in foodstuff which can cause allergic reactions or intolerance.
