About measures for providing in the conditions of warlike situation of regular supply of the imported foodstuff and forages

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Determine that for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine":

the foodstuff imported on the territory of Ukraine from March 9 to December 1, 2022, information on which is stated in the language other than state, can be in circulation on customs area of Ukraine before the expiration of the minimum expiration date or deadline of consumption ("use dates to");

operators of the market of forages who as a result of military (fighting) operations are not able to fulfill requirements of paragraph two of part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and hygiene of forages" about marking of the imported forages can enable the realization on customs area of Ukraine of forages which marking is stated by the language other than state. At the same time batches of the specified forages shall be followed by the marking about sterns stated in state language. Such marking is carried out upon the demand of consumers by operators of the market of forages which enable the realization of forages, the method determined by such operators;

marking of foodstuff and forages which are imported (are sent) on customs area of Ukraine as the humanitarian assistance, can be stated by the language other than state;

in case of closing of capacities as a result of military (fighting) operations operators of the market can use remaining balance of packaging or container for foodstuff and forages to destination on other capacities making similar foodstuff and forage.
