About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 1.3.8 "Receipt of confirmation of purpose of goods in the relation: the goods specified in Item 5 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2025 to No. 96; the goods specified in Item 5 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2025 to No. 97; the goods specified in Item 13 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2025 to No. 101" it (is applied).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
