About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning settlement concerning wood procurement

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning settlement concerning procurement of wood of change which are attached.

2. Determine that during warlike situation and within 12 months from the date of its termination or cancellation for all woods, except the mountain woods of the Carpathian region, action stops:

Item 28 Health regulations in the woods of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 87, Art. 2839; 2020, No. 101, Art. 3285);

paragraph two of Item 10 of the Procedure for the special use of forest resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2007 No. 761 "About settlement on special use of forest resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 39, Art. 1550; 2020, No. 101, Art. 3285);

the paragraph of the tenth Item 10 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on issue of special permission to special use of forest resources (the lesorubny ticket) electronically approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2025 No. 625 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 51, the Art. 3506).

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on settlement concerning wood procurement

1. In Health regulations in the woods of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 87, Art. 2839; 2020, No. 101, the Art. 3285), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2026 No. 729:

1) in the second offer of Item 2 of the word of "effects of accidents and natural disaster" shall be replaced with words "effects of the dangerous events and/or fighting caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine";

"4. For improvement of sanitary condition of the woods the following events are performed:

selective sanitary cabins (wood selection amount over 5 cubic meters from 1 hectare);

continuous sanitary cabins;

removal of disorder (the amount of selection of wood to 5 cubic meters from 1 hectare);

the prevention of origin and distribution of the centers of wreckers and diseases of the wood including vykladyvaniye of fishing trees, protection of the prepared wood, carrying out soil excavation for identification of the wreckers gnawing roots, application of repellents, attractants and feromonny traps, and also implementation of biological methods of protection, in particular protection of ant hills and arrangement of artificial nesting grounds.

Prevention of origin and distribution of the centers of wreckers and diseases of the wood is carried out taking into account features of their phenological and biological development and results of the applied scientific research of domestic and world science received both from open sources of information, and by results of agreement performance, concluded with scientific (research, scientific and technological, scientific and technical, scientific and practical) organizations.";
