1. Approve Rules of modification of design of the vehicles which are in operation and also requirements to the gas-balloon equipment according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Center for standardization and metrology under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
