About the Concept of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring efficiency of foreign policy activities of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Approve the Concept of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Concept of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 11, 2019 No. 37.
3. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

This Concept fixes single foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic which is understood as system of foreign policy reference points and priorities of the Kyrgyz Republic on key questions of international cooperation.
Being the fundamental document in the field of external relations, this Concept determines the principles, the purposes and priorities of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the medium term.
Acceptance of new edition of the Concept is caused by the transformations in the field of public administration facing political institutes of the country new tasks, further consolidation of society for goal achievement of development of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the international partners.
