I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2025 No. 147-HK "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of cost of services in water supply to agricultural producers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 36333) the following changes:
in Rules of subsidizing of cost of the services in water supply to agricultural producers approved by the specified order:

S – the subsidy size in tenge on m3 of the acquired irrigation water;
T – the approved rate (excluding VAT) tenge on m3.";
be reworded as follows appendix 2 according to appendix 1 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendix 3 according to appendix 2 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendix 5 according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. Bring in the order of the acting minister of water resources and irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2025 No. 153-HK "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of part of the expenses incurred by agricultural producer in case of the investment investments directed to implementation of water saving technologies of irrigation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 36343) the following changes:
in Rules of subsidizing of part of the expenses incurred by agricultural producer in case of the investment investments directed to implementation of the water saving technologies of irrigation approved by the specified order:
in Item 3:
5) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) the administrator of the budget program (further – the administrator) – local executive bodies of the capital, areas and cities of republican value;";
10) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"10) working body for questions of investment subsidizing (further – working body (service provider) – the local executive body of the capital, areas and cities of republican value in the field of agricultural industry authorized for consideration of requests of investors (uslugopoluchatel) and decision making about payment/refusal in provision of investment subsidies;";
the paragraph one of Item 44 to state in the following edition:
"44. The claim to the decision, action (failure to act) of working body (service provider) concerning rendering the state services moves addressed to the head of working body (service provider), local executive body of the capital, area and the city of republican value (further – local executive body), in authorized body by assessment and control of quality of rendering the state services.";
2, of 3, 4 and 5 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendix 4, of 5, 6 and 7 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendices 10 and 11 according to appendix 8 and 9 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendices 13 and 14 according to appendix 10 and 11 to this order.
3. To provide to development department of water saving technologies of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
