About approval of Rules of subsidizing of cost of services in water supply to agricultural producers
According to the subitem 35) Item 1 of article 23 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of cost of services in water supply to agricultural producers.
2. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of water resources and irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2025 No. 91-HK "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of cost of services in water supply to agricultural producers" (it is registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 36112).
3. To provide to development department of water saving technologies of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
