About the organization and functioning of the Ministry of the environment

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of the environment according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Structure of central office of the Ministry of the environment according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. The list of the administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of the environment, according to appendix No. 3;

1.4. The list of public organizations in which the Ministry of the environment acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Establish the extreme number of personnel of central office of the Ministry of the environment in number of 118 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

3. As a part of the Ministry of the environment four state secretaries, one secretary general of the ministry and one deputy secretary general of the ministry perform activities.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 458/2015 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities, its structure and extreme number (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 197-205, 522), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

4.1. in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "18" to replace with figures "15";

4.2. 1) of Item 7 to state the subitem in annex No. 1 in the following edition:

"1) the politician and regulations in the field of nuclear and radiological activities participates in development of documents public, and also provides their implementation;".
