Based on paragraphs of the thirteenth, fourteenth and sixteenth Item 12 of the Charter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, of part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on branches of foreign rating agencies it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure for opening of branches of foreign rating agencies (further if other is not established, – branch) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the bases and procedure for the termination of their activities, the requirement to activities of branches, including regarding scoping, terms and procedure for disclosure of information by them, procedure for maintaining the register of branches of foreign rating agencies (further if other is not established, – the register) and structure of the data included in it.
The foreign rating agency is understood as the legal entity created according to the legislation of foreign state and who acquired the right to implementation of rating activities according to the legislation of this state.
