1. Approve the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - National Bank) is Central Bank and state body of the Republic of Belarus, is effective only for the benefit of the Republic of Belarus.

2. The National Bank performs activities according to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, the laws of the Republic of Belarus, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, this Charter and is independent in the activities.

3. The National Bank is accountable to the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Chapter 3. Functions of National Bank
