About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of some orders to which changes are made (further – the List), according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. To provide to department of technical and professional education of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the paragraph of the ninth and tenth Item 1 of the List, paragraphs of the ninth, tenth, thirteenth, fourteenth, twenty fourth and twenty fifth Item 2 of the List, paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, seventh, twelfth and thirteenth Item 3 of the List, Items 4, 5 and 6 Lists, paragraphs of the seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth Item 7 of the List which become effective since July 12, 2026.

Determine that since July 12, 2026:

the paragraph of the eighth of Item 2 of the List is effective in the following edition:

"3. For receipt of the state service the uslugopoluchatel addresses the service provider, or on the web portal of "the digital government" (further – the Portal) with the statement in any form of transfer with provision of the necessary documents specified in Item 9 of the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Transfer and Recovery of Students on Education Organization Types" (further – the List), according to appendix 1 to these rules.";

appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 6, of 9, 11 and 12 to the List are effective in edition according to appendices 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, 7 and 8 to this order.

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2014 No. 506 "About approval of Rules of provision of the academic leaves by the student in the organizations of technical and professional, postsecondary education" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10475) the following changes:

"The name of the state service, the name of the service provider, provision methods, rendering term, form, result of rendering the state service, the amount of payment of the state service levied from uslugopoluchatel when rendering, and methods of its collection in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, the working schedule of the service provider and digital objects, the list of the documents and data requested at uslugopoluchatel for rendering the state service, the basis for refusal in rendering the state service, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided in the List according to appendix 1 to these rules.";
