1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development, approval and approval of interregional schemes of territorial development, according to appendix 1 to this order.
1) the order of the acting minister of the industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2023 No. 36 "About approval of Rules of development, approval and approval of interregional schemes of territorial development" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33584);
2) the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 22, 2025 No. 175 "About modification of the order of the acting minister of the industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About approval of Rules of development, approval and approval of interregional schemes of territorial development" of October 23, 2023 No. 36" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 36150).
3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
