1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision (change of conditions) of access to genetic resources it (is applied).
2. Bring in Item 6.28 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, the following changes:
in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of the word "and wild-growing plants" shall be replaced with words ", wild-growing plants, and also other genetic resources";
add Item with subitems 6.28.5 and 6.28.6 of the following content:
