1. Approve the Financing of the Integrated Producers-2 project (further - the FOTP-2) project according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028" to provide subsidizing of interest rates in the amount of 87000000 (eighty seven million) som, including 43500000 (forty three million five hundred thousand) som - for JSC Ayyl Bank and 43500000 (forty three million five hundred thousand) som - for JSC Eldik Bank, and also financing of the project (tranche) the next years.
3. Recommend to Ayyl Bank and Eldik Bank open joint stock companies:
To credit 1) (to finance), including according to the Islamic principles, the business entities combined by fixed assets of production and common interests of production, economic and social nature;
2) not to charge the fee and other charges when crediting the integrated subjects who are taking part in project implementation of FOTP-2.
4. To the ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Ayyl Bank and Eldik Bank open joint stock companies to carry out efficiency analysis of project implementation of FOTP-2 and till May 1, 2027 to provide information on the done work in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
