About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on drugs and medical products

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, parts (2) article 9-1 of the Law No. 1456/1993 on pharmaceutical activities (Monitorul Parlamentului, 1993, No. 7, the Art. 210), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on drugs and medical products, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Structure of the Agency on drugs and medical products, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency on drugs and medical products in number of 142 units.

3. Appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 346), with subsequent changes, to add with line item 2 following of content:

"2. The agency on drugs and medical products".

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 71/2013 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning, structure and limiting manpower ceiling of the Agency on drugs and medical products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 18-21, 109), with subsequent changes.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
