About the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of central office of the Ministry of Health, according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of central office of the Ministry of Health, according to appendix No. 3;

4) the List of the administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Health, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the List of public organizations in which the Ministry of Health is founder, according to appendix No. 5;

6) the List of the state companies in which the Ministry of Health is founder, according to appendix No. 6;

7) the List of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 7.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of central office of the Ministry of Health in number of 93 units with the annual salary fund, according to the legislation.

3. In the Ministry of Health three state secretaries, one secretary general of the ministry, one deputy secretary general of the ministry and board act.

4. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 1090/2017 on the organization and functioning of the National agency of public health (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 440, Art. 1214), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "1661" with figures "1636".
