About procedure for candidate screen, directed for education in the foreign organizations within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 4.8-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for candidate screen, directed for education in the foreign organizations within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus by which the Ministry of Education is determined by state body, by the actionee of obligations assumed by the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

This Provision determines procedure for candidate screen, directed for education in the foreign organizations within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus by which the Ministry of Education is determined by state body, the actionee of obligations assumed by the Republic of Belarus (further – selection for education in the foreign organizations).

Action of this provision does not extend to selection of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus (further – citizens) directed for education in the foreign organizations specified in Items 1 and 6 of article 80 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education.
