Based on part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for holding actions technical (technology, testing) the nature approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2025 No. 227, and subitem 8.4 of Item 8 of the Regulations on Department on material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
The instruction about procedure for carrying out by state supervision bodies in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and civil defense of actions technical (technology, testing) nature (is attached);
The instruction about procedure for carrying out the state fire supervision of actions by bodies technical (technology, testing) nature (is attached);
The instruction about procedure for holding actions technical (technology, testing) nature in the field of industrial safety, transportation of dangerous goods (is attached);
The instruction about procedure for carrying out by public institution "State inspectorate for small size vessels" for actions technical (technology, testing) nature (is attached).
2. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for planning, appointment, carrying out and accounting of verifications of presence and accounting of movement and condition of quality of material values of the state and mobilization material reserves in the organizations performing their storage approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2012 No. 68, the following changes:

4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1 and 3 - since January 1, 2026;
