For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations I decide:
1.1. liquidate Department on mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. liquidate Administration of exclusion zones and settling out;
1.3. transfer:
the public nature protection research establishment "Polesia National Radiation and Ecological Park" in subordination of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection;
gratuitously from republican property in municipal property of the Gomel region RSUP "Polesia" which is under economic authority the company as property complex book value for January 1, 2022 of 3418 thousand rubles;
gratuitously from republican property in municipal property of the Mogilev region the company as property complex which is under economic authority of the state company "Radon" book value for January 1, 2022 of 2882 thousand rubles;
the property, and also 20,5 assigned to Administration of exclusion zones and settling out and 9 established posts of Administration of exclusion zones and settling out respectively in the Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees;
1.4. create in the Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees based on the transferred number of staff of Administration of exclusion zones and settling out structural divisions with the rights of the legal entity for accomplishment of functions of the liquidated Administration of exclusion zones and settling out.

The regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on Department on material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on Department on nuclear and radiation safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
4. Establish the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (appendix 1).
5. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
6. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 3).
7. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
till December 1, 2022 to provide preparation and entering into the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the bill providing entering into the laws of the Republic of Belarus of the changes connected with liquidation of Department on mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, Administration of exclusion zones and settling out, resubordination of the public nature protection research establishment "Polesia National Radiation and Ecological Park", transfer of RSUP "Polesia" and the state company "Radon" to municipal property of the Gomel and Mogilev regions;
till January 1, 2023:
make the decision on inclusion of RPUP of "Uniforms" in structure of Bellegprom concern;
provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.
8. To the Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees when designing regional budgets to provide funds for content of the structural divisions specified in subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of this Decree.
9. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1, 7 and this Item – after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree – since January 1, 2023.
