About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2025 No. 378
Based on paragraph one of subitem 1.1 and subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2025 "About marking of jewelry and other products" the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 378
1. Determine:
the scope of information, entered into the automated information system of marking of jewelry and other products (further – system of marking of jewelry) according to appendix 1, about the jewelry generated by the operator of system of marking marking codes, about the jewelry and other products which are subject to marking by means of identification, including in case of cross-border trade, and their address, about means of identification, codes of marking, the protected material carriers, signs of protection containing means of identification and their turnover;
samples of the protected material carrier and sign of protection containing means of identification according to appendix 2;
the cost of code of marking, the protected material carrier, the sign of protection containing means of identification, and rate for works (services) in drawing means of identification it is direct on jewelry and other products according to appendix 3.

3. For the purposes of this resolution terms and their determinations in the values established in appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2025 No. 378 (further – the Decree), and also the following terms and their determinations are used:
set – the set of the jewelry and other products which are not subject to disassembling in case of realization determined by the producer including to the consumer;
pair product – the product consisting of two jewelry and other products of one appointment and the single art solution used in vapor (earrings, cuff links and others);
batch – the jewelry and other products of certain test and composition of alloy which are drawn up by one electronic statement in system of marking of jewelry for provision in the State inspection of assay supervision of head department of precious metals and gemstones of the Ministry of Finance (further, unless otherwise specified, – the Gosprobnadzor);
accounting of codes of marking – reflection in system of marking of jewelry of data on marking codes.
The term "jewelry and other products" is used in the value determined by the paragraph the twenty sixth article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones".
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2019 No. 46 "About establishment of samples of sign of protection and commodity label (label) for marking of jewelry".
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
