About additional measures of consecutive continuation of works on financial support of industrial projects

I. Main objective

Determine main objective of adoption of this Decree production of export-oriented products in industries, implementation of modern technologies and assistance to increase in production efficiency in the field of, and also forming of additional resources of Fund of development of the industry in the amount of 185 million US dollars for financing of investment projects, including by means of system of industrial mortgage.

II. Additional financial resources for Fund of development of the industry

2. For the purpose of forming of additional resources of Fund of development of the industry:

(a) to permit to redistribute in 2025-2026 for Fund of development of the industry of means in the amount of 185 million US dollars for the purpose of financing of industrial projects by optimization of the credit lines opened by fund of reconstruction and development for ensuring balance of expenses of Fund of reconstruction and development;

(b) to take into account that financing of investment projects within the above-stated financial resources is made according to the procedure, No. PP-397 established by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 18, 2023 "About measures for the organization of activities of Fund of development of the industry".

III. Organization, providing and control of execution of the Decree

3. Government commission concerning investment attraction, development of the industry and regulation of trade:

(a) to establish control of target and effective use of fund of development of the industry, to quarterly carry out discussion of the course of implementation of investment projects;

(b) it is regular to carry out the analysis of condition of efficiency of use, if necessary - to optimize the credit lines allocated from Fund of reconstruction and development for industries quarterly to make in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on financing of projects at the expense of optimized means by means of Fund of development of the industry.

4. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

5. Assign to the deputy prime minister Zh. A. Hodzhayev the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this Decree.

6. Discussion of course of execution of this Decree, implementation of coordination and the control of organization activity responsible for its execution to assign to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

The changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In paragraph one of Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 3, 2024 No. UP-72 "About Additional Measures for Acceleration of Implementation of Market Mechanisms in the field of Cultivation of Silkworm and Silkworm Breeding" of the word "30 million US dollars" shall be replaced with words "15 million US dollars".

(a) in paragraph one of the subitem "an" of Item 5 of the word "100 million US dollars" shall be replaced with words "20 million US dollars";

(b) in the column "Realization Mechanisms" of line item 2 appendices No. 4 of the word "100 million US dollars" shall be replaced with words "20 million US dollars".
