1. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for establishment and use of the prices of precious metals (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for establishment and use of the prices of the measuring ingots from precious metals made in the Republic of Belarus (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for establishment and use of the prices of gemstones (is attached).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2005 No. 15 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the organization of financial accounting by the state-financed organizations and centralized accounts departments serving state-financed organizations":

and paragraph one of Item 2 to state the name, preamble, Item 1 in the following edition:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the organization of financial accounting by the state-financed organizations and centralized accounts departments serving state-financed organizations it (is applied).
