On regulation of procedure for the organization and functioning of the central industry bodies of public management

Based on part (2) article 22 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the central administrative authority which is under supervision of the Government according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the administrative authority subordinated to the ministry, according to appendix No. 3;

1.4. Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry, its structure and the extreme number of staff, the list of subordinated administrative authorities, and also public organizations in which the ministry performs functions of the founder will be performed by one order of the Government.

3. Within 12 months from the date of publication of this resolution:

3.1. to the ministries to develop and submit for approval to the Government of change which is made to regulations on their organization and functioning, and also changes which are made to regulations on the organization and functioning of subordinated administrative authorities;

3.2. to the central administrative authorities which are under supervision of the Government to prepare and submit for approval to the Government of change which is made to regulations on their organization and functioning.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 595/2017 about approval of Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 265-273, 684), with subsequent changes.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State office.

Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry (the name) (further - the Provision is specified) regulate mission, functions, spheres of activity and the rights, and also procedure for the organization of its activities.
