In the Sanitary regulations for organizations of primary education, secondary education of I and II cycles and vocational training approved by the Order of the Government No. 492/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 404-407, 763), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. state Item 48 in the following edition:

"48. The most admissible number of pupils in class is established depending on the available area of cool rooms taking into account the following minimum requirements to the room sizes:

48.1. for organizations of primary education - at least 2 square meters on one pupil;

48.2. for organizations of secondary education of I and II cycles - at least square meter 1,7 on one pupil.";
