For the purpose of systematization of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114 the following change:
- to declare the paragraph of the sixth of Item 5 invalid.
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of the State agency on registration of vehicles and driver's structure under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 25, 2023 No. 240.
3. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
