5. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the following executive bodies are effective:

- State agency of physical culture and sport;

- State personal data protection agency;

- State agency on cases of public service and local self-government;

- paragraph of ceased to be valid;

- State agency of civil aviation;

- The state agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography;

- paragraph of ceased to be valid;

- State agency on management of state-owned property;

- State tourism development agency;

- State Tax Service;

- State Customs Service;
