1. Approve Regulations on the scientific and technical projects which are carried out within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Projects are understood as the research, developmental and experienced and technological works coordinated on contractors, terms and resources for the problem resolution (achievement of the single purpose) realized by the cooperating organizations of two or several State Parties of the international treaty (further - the State Parties) and directed on:
creation and (or) development of new technologies and (or) types of products (works, services);
improvement of technical and economic parameters of the applied technologies and (or) the made products (works, services) providing their competitiveness in the world market;
development of fundamental scientific knowledge and perspective methods of their application.
Projects, as a rule, are component of the programs of sci-tech cooperation realized within international treaties.
3. Projects shall meet the following requirements:
be directed to the solution of the major problems of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus and implementation of results in real production sector, and also to correspond to the priority directions of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, the priority directions of bilateral (multilateral) sci-tech cooperation with the State Party (State Parties);
the scientific and technical products created as a result of project implementation shall have scientific novelty, have demand in the domestic or foreign market;
the period of project implementation shall not exceed two years, except for the case provided in part two of this Item.
