About some questions of the organization and conducting the state scientific and technical examination

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 22.05.2015 No. 431

2. Bring in the Regulations on the international scientific and technical projects which are carried out within international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 13, 2003 No. 1065 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 92, 5/12908), the following changes:

2.1. in paragraph four of Item 3 of the word "Committee on science and technologies under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - KNT)" and "examinations" to replace respectively with words "The state committee on science and technologies (further - GKNT)" and "(scientific) examination";

9. Competitive selection of projects is made based on results of the state scientific and technical (scientific) examination by the tender committee created by GKNT.";
