About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing on podpunktu1 10.7.1 "Approval of the invitation of the foreign citizen or stateless person on training" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.2.1 "Receipt of the license for activities connected with employment outside the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.2.2 "Change of the license for activities connected with employment outside the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.2.3 "Registration of the agreement on employment outside the Republic of Belarus, the employment or civil contract with the foreign employer" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.21.1 "Receipt of the license for activities connected with collection and distribution of information on physical persons for the purpose of their acquaintance" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.21.2 "Change of the license for activities connected with collection and distribution of information on physical persons for the purpose of their acquaintance" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.4.1 "Receipt of special permission to the occupation right labor activity in the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 15.4.2 "Single prolongation of effective period of special permission to the occupation right labor activity in the Republic of Belarus" (are attached).

11. Establish form of special permission to the occupation right labor activity in the Republic of Belarus concerning the foreign citizen or the stateless person according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2022 No. 18 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures".

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
