About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", paragraphs two, third, sixth, seventh, ninth, twelfth subitem 30.2 of Item 30 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 154, and Item 7 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980, the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No.

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 8.4.1 "Receipt of the job specification on delivery (shipment) and use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.2.1 "Receipt of license for activities on procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.2.2 "Change of license for activities on procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" (are attached).

2. Establish:

form of information about the worker who was trained in accordance with the established procedure on implementation of radiation control and control of explosion safety of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to appendix 1;

form of data on the equipment, including measuring instruments, for implementation of radiation control of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to appendix 2;

form of data on the measuring instruments, the special equipment, devices, tools necessary for implementation of the licensed type of activity, including automobile and bathroom scales, materials handling equipment according to appendix 3;

form of data on the lomopererabatyvayushchy equipment for primary conversion of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to appendix 4;

form of data on the measuring instruments, the special equipment, devices, tools necessary for implementation of the licensed type of activity, including minimum necessary set of the special equipment for weighing, according to appendix 5;

form of data on the special equipment for weighing according to appendix 6.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures".
